Our classes are fun, challenging, rewarding, and full of community. We get to work in these classes! Classes generally start with a dynamic warm up and mobility, some skill work and preparation for the WOD (workout of the day), the WOD itself, and then to finish things off…a few high fives and a cool down or some conditioning work.
CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-17)
We believe fitness and health is for everyone in the family. We offer CrossFit classes geared specifically for our younger members with a focus on FUN!
Our personal training gets you one-on-one with our experienced coaches. Your coach will help you line out your goals, establish a plan to reach them, and give you the tools, accountability, and encouragement you need along the way to achieve them.
CrossFit geared for the aging individual. More time spent on mobility and strength fundamentals to help you feel younger every year.
Health starts in the kitchen. We’ll work one-on-one to assess your current nutritional needs and build a custom diet plan that not only gets you to your goals, but is both manageable and sustainable over the long term!
We offer a variety of specialty classes. Including Seniors CrossFit, HomeSchool PE, and Competitors classes… We have something for everyone.
