Once both athletes cross the finish line their time is noted.

Each Heat will have a 3:00 time cap for both athletes to finish their prescribed work.

The top scores will move on to the next round.

This is a bracket style event, with eliminations happening each round.
There will be 4 Rounds per division working down to the top 2 teams in the final round for a DUEL per division.
See bracket example below.
(If you’re still lost… watch Event 7 of the 2021 Rogue Invitational)

Any unfinished repetitions at the 3 minute mark will result in a second per repetition added to the team’s time.

The Snatch weight will jump each Round:

RX: 95# / 100# / 105# / 105#

INT: 75# / 80# / 85# / 85#

SCA: 45# / 50# / 55# / 55#

Movement Standards:

Double Under: The rope passes under the feet twice for each jump.  The rope must spin forward for the rep to count.  Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.

Single Under:  The rope passes under the feet once for each jump.  The rope must spin forward for the rep to count.  Only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.

Snatch: The barbell begins on the ground and must be lifted overhead in one motion. Power, squat, and split snatches are all permitted, but in each instance the athlete’s feet must be brought back in line. This is not a ground-to-overhead any way. A clean and jerk is a no rep. Touch and go is permitted but deliberately bouncing the barbell is not. The bar can be dropped from overhead if it has at least 25# plates on each side. (The no dropping smaller plates rule if to prevent damage to our small plates but also to prevent injury to you, your judge, or another athlete in the next lane if the barbell bounces.  If a barbell is dropped, the barbell must settle on the ground before the athlete begins the next repetition. The rep is credited when the barbell is at full lockout overhead, with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over or slightly behind the middle of the body with the feet in line.

Sandbag to Platform: Literally just pick the bag up and put it on top of the platform.  That is all.

Scaled and Intermediate divisions will use a regular sandbag with handles.  The RX division will use a round Rogue strongman bag.
